Role: Line Cook (BOH)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to specification with attention to portion control, plating, and timing.
- Work across line stations to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Maintain mise en place, station organization, and clean-as-you-go practices.
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and inventory checks as needed.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and managers to deliver high-quality dishes on time.
- Support the kitchen team in achieving consistent taste, appearance, and portion standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred; all skill levels considered with a willingness to learn.
- Solid cooking fundamentals, including heat control, timing, and knife skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to follow hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
- Culinary interest and pride in delivering great guest experiences.
