As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will communicate clearly, document security-related activities, and work collaboratively with the team while demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the property, including building interiors, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
