This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to provide life-saving care to a diverse patient population.In this role, you'll be a critical part of the emergency care team, managing everything from minor injuries to acute trauma and critical illness—delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with varying degrees of illness or injuryDevelop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needsManage multiple cases at once, effectively prioritizing patient careProvide thorough discharge instructions and coordinate follow-up careCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomesRemain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic patient care needsQualificationsActive Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)At least 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)Preferred: Previous paramedic experienceRequired Certifications (with grace periods):BLS – within 30 days of startACLS – within 90 days of startPALS – within 90 days of startENPC – within 6 months of startTNCC – within 6 months of startCPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) – within 6 months of startEducation: Associate Degree or RN Diploma required; BSN preferredCompensation & PerksAnnual Salary Range: $64,000 – $95,000+ based on experienceNight Shift Differential: +$4.25/hourSign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for night shiftRelocation Assistance: Offered case-by-caseComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTOAvailable ShiftsNight Shift – Rotating weekends (Priority need)Day Shift – Now availableJoin a facility that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and rapid response care.
