Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite| 1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation: Expected Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+ ( This includes Base salary+ Uncapped Commissions)

What You'll Do

As a Home Buying Specialist (Acquisitions Manager), you'll help homeowners find the best solution for their unique situation while building lasting relationships based on trust.

• Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and provide solution-focused options.
• Build genuine relationships through consultative, value-driven conversations.
• Negotiate property purchases with honesty and professionalism.
• Generate new opportunities through networking, driving for dollars, door knocking, and community outreach.
• Utilize the company's CRM and sales processes to provide an exceptional customer experience.
