Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting personal growth and recovery.

• Provide real-time virtual support to families undergoing crises, using your skills to help stabilize situations and resolve interpersonal conflicts through empathetic communication.

• Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare providers within our group practice, ensuring a multidimensional approach to patient care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of health.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, fostering an environment of open feedback and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences, necessitating a sensitive and tailored approach to their unique contexts. Your role will focus on empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in psychotherapy or counseling, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
