The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office. This position is per diem would have a variable schedule during clinic hours (Monday-Friday daytime shifts). EDUCATION: H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred. EXPERIENCE: Proven customer service experience required. Experience in a clinical and/or administrative setting preferred. This is a bargaining union position.
