Survey Project ManagerAs a Survey Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Charlotte, NC office, you'll support and lead a variety of surveying projects while working closely with a Licensed Surveyor and multidisciplinary teams. You'll manage project workflows, including crew scheduling, daily assignments, and the development of deed work maps and base maps. You'll apply your expertise in ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic mapping, construction layout, and GPS surveying to deliver high-quality results. With top-rated schools, a thriving downtown, and a strong sense of community, Charlotte is a great place to live, work, and grow.Qualifications:5+ years of land surveying experienceProfessional Surveyor license or ability to obtain licensureExperience managing survey projects including proposal preparation, budgeting, and billing reviewKnowledge of land surveying principles, practices, and emerging technologiesEffectively communicate through written and verbal formatsLead, mentor, and develop survey staffPreferred Capabilities:Experience with ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and complex boundary analysisDemonstrated success supporting business development and client relationship managementExperience collaborating with engineering and environmental teams on multidisciplinary projectsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesInterest in growing survey services through networking and marketing initiativesWe have experts!
