Quick Facts: Location: Twentynine Palms, CA Start Date: 04/01/2026 End Date: 11/30/2027 Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, Monday through Sunday Hours/Week: Approximately 36-40 hours Employment Type: Contract (minimum 1 year) Licensure/Certs: MD/DO, ABEM or AOBEM certification, ACLS & PALS Experience: Minimum 2 years in emergency medicine, including trauma and academic experience Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $215.00/hour (all-inclusive; W-2 available upon request) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical coverage Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide emergency care for a diverse patient population in a Level 1 Trauma Center Lead clinical decision-making in a fast-paced environment Mentor and teach residents and interns Manage all aspects of emergency medicine, including trauma, pediatrics, and critical care Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards Document patient care accurately and efficiently What You Need: MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Valid, unrestricted medical license Minimum of 2 years of recent emergency medicine experience Certification in ACLS and PALS Residency trained with completed EM residency program Experience in Level 1 Trauma Center preferred Proven academic and teaching experience (publications/membership) About the Assignment: This assignment involves working at a leading facility in Twentynine Palms, CA, renowned for high-quality emergency services and a collaborative healthcare team.
