The Position EverGRO is hiring a part-time Farm Store Associate in Upperville to support customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours. Key responsibilities include: Assist customers with product questions and solutions Run the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts Load/unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed Fill propane cylinders Maintain a clean, professional, and safe store/warehouse Required qualifications/skills: No previous experience required; agriculture interests (horses, cattle, gardening, plants, small animals) are a plus Willing and able to operate a forklift, lift product, and work indoors and outdoors Valid Driver’s License Availability to work 3–4 days/week during store hours; preference for closing shifts and rotating Saturdays Your Benefits 401(k) Competitive salary Employee discounts Uniforms A Typical Shift You’ll rotate between the sales floor and warehouse based on customer traffic. Early in the shift, you may greet regulars, answer quick questions, and keep product faced and organized. As the day picks up, you’ll move between the counter and the loading area, switching gears as customers need help getting feed, fencing, or supplies to their vehicles. You’ll also spend time checking stock levels, straightening high-traffic areas, and keeping walkways clear. Some tasks take you outside, so expect changing weather and a steady pace.
