Procurement Officer

Overview As part of our Parts/Procurement team you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement and receiving of automotive parts, stock control, and processing of invoices and credits. Key Responsibilities Ordering/receiving automotive parts, sublets and consumables for the site. Assist in receipt and storage of parts. Monitor vehicle arrivals/cancellations and credit parts as required. Follow up with suppliers for parts credits. Enter parts invoices accurately into the parts management system. Follow workplace safety procedures and industry best practices. About You Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry (ideal). Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service within a busy workshop environment. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities. Competent in computer and systems management skills. Full driving licence and appropriate Australian working rights. Why Join?
