Mitigation Technician

Role Description We are looking to hire a full‑time Mitigation Technician who will exceed customer expectations while assessing, rebuilding, and restoring homes and businesses after man‑made and natural disasters. The role requires commitment to the emergency response team, physical strength and stamina, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Responsibilities Interact with customers in disaster response activities. Repair and restore the structure. Remove and replace damaged drywall, plumbing, and related materials. Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient. Execute and implement appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and follow up as required to assure excellent customer service. Requirements Attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment. Valid unrestricted driver's license. Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software. Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, including after hours, weekends, or holidays. Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required. Benefits Monday – Friday 8 AM–5 PM consistent schedule. Monthly events with food provided.
