Prep Cook

JOB SUMMARY Assist in preparation of food product, ensuring food is labeled and stored properly. Assist cooks where needed. Communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to all Company standards, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES All duties or requirements are essential job functions. Specified preparation of all menu items. Food preparation Sanitation – empty garbage, cleaning cooking line, sanitation buckets, etc…) Rotation of all stock Maintain high cooking standards Side work – cleaning, restocking, etc…) Cost control Clean-up duties – line area, grill fryer, microwave, floors, cooler and freezers QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
