Former BigLaw Real Estate attorney for highly-respected boutique lifestyle law firm (1600 hours; remote; JD 2022-2011)

Role: Real Estate Attorney

Description

Our client is a highly-respected boutique renewable energy, finance and commercial real estate law firm. They are seeking a mid-level+ transactional attorney with ideally 4-8 years of experience in leasing, acquisitions, and/or finance to join their growing real estate team. This is a full-time remote role. This a rare and unique opportunity for a stellar candidate who is looking for work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

4-15 years prior experience as a real estate attorney at a reputable law firm
Experience in drafting, revising and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements for real estate lease, purchase-and-sale, joint-venture, and finance transactions
Experience in drafting, revising and negotiating loan and security documents, guaranties, collateral assignments, resolutions and closing certificates in connection with real estate financings
Experience in conducting due diligence for acquisitions/sales and financings
Bar admission, in good standing, in your state of residence and a J.D. from an accredited law school
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
Authorized to work in the United States

Hours and Pay

Pay is strong ($225k, based on experience) and low target hours (1600).
