We are seeking an experienced B2B Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth throughout the Houston market while building and leading a high-performing sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional who wants high earning potential, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to build a successful sales organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop new commercial and industrial accounts throughout Houston.
- Sell water treatment and electricity/energy solutions to business customers.
- Build relationships with owners, executives, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing.
- Recruit, train, coach, and lead your own B2B sales team.
- Establish sales goals and drive team performance.
- Develop and grow your regional territory.
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed revenue objectives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Leadership or sales-management experience preferred.
- Experience in water treatment, energy, electricity, utilities, HVAC, industrial, or commercial services is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston area.
