Material HandlerPosition Overview

We are looking for a dependable Material Handler to join our team. This role is responsible for picking, packing, organizing inventory, and supporting stockroom operations in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This position does not require forklift experience and is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, organized workplace.

• Accurately pick and pack orders using order sheets, scanners, or system instructions.
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory to ensure materials are stored properly.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and accuracy.
• Prepare shipments and verify products are packaged correctly for delivery.
• Maintain a clean work area while following all safety and quality standards.

• Previous warehouse, stockroom, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and inventory management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the shift.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is helpful.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lititz, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
