As a Security Officer Community Patrol in Goodyear, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while helping create a positive experience for everyone on site.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and/or delivery activity, and support the flow of people, vehicles, and materials in accordance with site-specific protocols.
- Observe for potential hazards, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions, and communicate findings clearly while supporting assigned post duties throughout varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
