**Join Our Dynamic Nursing Team as an RN in the Operating Room!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to work in the Operating Room on DAY shifts! - **Location:** Assignment primarily at PMC, with flexibility to float to Main campus as needed. - **Shift Details:** - Days: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Schedule: 4 days a week (10-hour shifts) - **Start Date:** ASAP **Key Requirements:** - Current RN License in New Mexico or a Compact state license. - BLS Certification via AHA - a must! - ACLS Certification via AHA - required! **Floating Requirements:** - Primary assignment at PMC with a willingness to float to Main campus as staffing needs arise. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor side effects, and document patient care accurately. - Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on learning needs and resources available. - Demonstrate leadership within the nursing team, meeting competencies of self-leadership, leadership of others, or leadership of leaders. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
