Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager - Fun Sports-Themed Concept- Full Service – No Late Nights – From-Scratch Kitchen

 

Are you a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager seeking a fun, sports-themed concept that offers great burgers, wings, beer, and more, with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth? We’re all about you just being you. The kitchen has an award-winning menu along with an energetic bar that has all the sports all the time. With multiple locations, there are different needs for an Executive Kitchen Manager and a Kitchen Manager.

What We’re Looking For in an Executive Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager:

·        Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a full-service Restaurant or fast-casual restaurant with from-scratch experience.

·        Passion for perfect food and service: A commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience with a focus on great food and service

·        Team Development: Ability to lead and develop a strong team

·        Sales building and cost controls: Track record of meeting or exceeding goals

·        Lead and inspire: Manage all teams and work seamlessly with both service and kitchen staff

What We Offer an Executive Kitchen Manager and Kitchen Manager:

·        Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401 (k), 2 weeks vacation

·        Comprehensive Compensation: Base is $65K to $75K EKM, $52K to $62K KM. All positions have an obtainable bonus plan.
