Quality & Medical Staff Services Director — Care Excellence
Community Memorial Healthcare Inc
Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking a Director of Quality and Medical Staff Services to lead the comprehensive quality program across clinical quality performance, safety, patient experience, nursing and credentialing activities. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and ensures compliance with NCQA, HEDIS, STARS, and state and federal standards while driving continuous improvement in care and service across the foundation and clinically integrated network. #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Memorial Healthcare Inc
