Job Description
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support the litigation practice's growth goals.
- Collaborate with attorneys and stakeholders to identify client needs and opportunities for new business.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnership and satisfaction.
- Track and evaluate business development activities and outcomes to refine strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align branding and messaging with business development efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior BD Manager - Litigation should have:
- 8+ years of experience in business development in legal and/or professional services.
- Must have relevant Litigation experience.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in creating persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities.
- A high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
