Assistant Maintenance Director - Full-Time Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation | Millersburg, PA Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Director to support the Maintenance Director in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility.
- Monitor and follow up on the facility's work order system .
- Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly testing and inspections .
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Assist with facility safety and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Provide coverage in the absence of the Maintenance Director.
- Participate in the facility's on-call rotation .
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous maintenance experience; healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Dependable and willing to participate in the on-call rotation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
