Gutters by Berger Home Services is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Houston market.

Base Pay + Commission | Leads Provided | Home Services Sales

We are an established gutter company with 20 years in business, strong customer demand, quality installation standards, and lifetime warranty options for our customers. We are growing and looking for a motivated sales rep who can meet with homeowners, explain solutions clearly, and close deals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants base pay + commission , consistent lead opportunities, and the ability to grow with an established home services company.

Pay & Opportunity

This is a base pay + commission sales position with strong earning potential.

Expected earning potential: $75,000-$150,000+ per year , based on performance.

We provide a small base to support consistent activity, plus commission on closed sales. Strong performers who follow up, stay organized, communicate well, and close consistently have the opportunity to earn significantly more.

We provide confirmed appointments, warm lead opportunities, and additional earning opportunities for self-generated business.

• Gutter installation
• Leaf guards
• Gutter repairs
• Gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Wood Trim (Fascia/Soffit)
• House Painting

These are high-demand services homeowners actually need, especially in the Houston market where heavy rain, drainage issues, trees, and home maintenance are constant concerns.

What You’ll Do

• Run estimate appointments with homeowners
• Inspect homes and identify gutter, drainage, and leaf protection needs
• Recommend the right solution based on the home
• Present pricing clearly and professionally
• Ask for the sale and close approved jobs
• Follow up with open estimates and warm leads
• Communicate clearly with the office team
• Submit accurate job details, photos, and paperwork
• Self-generate additional opportunities through referrals, canvassing, and neighborhood networking when possible

Outside sales, in-home sales, roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control, windows, remodeling, construction, or other home services sales experience is a plus.

Sales experience helps, but work ethic, follow-through, and communication matter most.
