Oversee a diverse financial environment including grants, endowments, investments, and capital projects. Partner with external stakeholders including foundations, banks, legal counsel, auditors, and funding sources. Key Responsibilities For The Chief Financial Officer Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and treasury operations. Oversee Human Resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Manage grant reporting, restricted funds, endowments, and capital project accounting. Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, audit activities, and IRS Form 990 preparation. Serve as liaison to the Board Finance Committee and provide financial insights to leadership. Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, risk management programs, and vendor relationships. Qualifications For The Chief Financial Officer Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, and fiscal management. Prior supervisory and team leadership experience. MUST have experience with non-profit and grants CPA preferred.
