Rapid Rehousing Case Manager: Secure Stable Homes
The Just One Project
The Just One Project in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Continuum of Care Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management services to individuals and families facing homelessness. You will help clients achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency by developing personalized housing plans and connecting them with essential resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience in nonprofit services, and the ability to work collaboratively with community partners.
