Job Role – Technical Scrum Master Location – Kansas City, Missouri (3 Days onsite in a week) Full Time role Note – Look for local candidate only Must have Skills Programming knowledge (Strong) Scrum Master Job Description Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach, mentor, and guide the Scrum team in Agile values, principles, and best practices. Mentor and support the offshore development team to ensure alignment, improve delivery maturity, and strengthen collaboration with onshore members. Support team members in improving delivery discipline, ownership, and cross-functional capabilities. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, refined, and prioritized. Remove impediments and blockers to enable smooth sprint execution across onshore and offshore teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and actionable retrospectives. Enable seamless communication and coordination between onshore and offshore teams. Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team capacity. Protect the team from interruptions, scope creep, and external distractions. Drive cross-team alignment and help manage dependencies across squads.
