Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans addressing the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Maintain timely and accurate client documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to evaluate client progress and responses to treatment.

• Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to create and enhance positive behavior support strategies.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners to facilitate client access to essential services.

• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation activities to ensure the organization meets industry standards.

• Foster relationships with local and state organizations to identify opportunities for program growth, funding, and collaboration.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, training sessions, and networking opportunities to stay informed about best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
