Our client is a growing heavy civil and site development contractor seeking a Project Engineer to support Project Managers and field teams on roadway, utility, and infrastructure projects. This is a strong growth role for candidates looking for hands-on experience and long-term career development. What You’ll Do Support Project Managers with daily project coordination Track job costs, quantities, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Assist with schedules, change orders, and progress reporting Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams Support utility, sitework, roadway, and municipal projects What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in heavy civil, site development, or utility construction Ability to read plans and specifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Procore a plus) Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred Compensation & Benefits $70k-$85k salary based on experience 100% employer-paid health insurance 401(k) with company match Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing contractor If you’re looking to grow your career in heavy civil construction and want real project exposure, we’d love to connect.
