Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000+ annually (based on experience & performance bonuses)

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with management and the finance team to finalize deals
• Maintain accurate customer records and meet or exceed sales goals

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Desire to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
