Performance Creative Strategist

You're leading the creative strategy behind our fast-growth DTC and consumer brands From concepting, scripting, analysing performance and leading overarching strategy aligned to our creative strategy methodology. You'll brief in our specialists across UGC, design, video and motion to deliver high-performing paid social content for channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. You'll report to our Performance Creative Director, collaborate closely with our Paid Media team and begin to build out the US function of Performance Creative in the heart of Miami. We're a Social-first agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth. Having recently won Best Large Social Agency and continued growth, we're now looking to take on our next member to enhance our Social team! Our service offering includes Paid, Creative, Commerce, Influencer and Social Strategy. We're a team of 70+ across Miami, New York and the UK, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading social-first work. RESPONSIBILITIES Own the creative strategy and output for paid social campaigns primarily for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube ads Lead ideation, scripting and narrative development for UGC, static and motion assets Work and communicate directly with clients as their core creative point of contact Write compelling hooks, scripts and modular content frameworks built to convert Partner closely with Paid Media, Influencer and Creative teams to build scalable, testable creative strategies Use ad performance metrics to shape and refine creative direction - including A/B testing and rapid iteration Upskill Paid Media specialists creatively - improving their ability to brief, review and optimise ad content Help shape and grow a dedicated performance creative function, with scope to build a team Stay sharp on platform trends, new formats, algorithm updates and ad innovations - and apply them with purpose Contribute to pitches and new business, bringing creative firepower and paid expertise WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years in a creative strategy role focused on paid social - ideally agency-side A portfolio that shows high-performing ad creatives, especially TikTok and Meta UGC-style work Strong grasp of platform-specific creative best practices and ad formats Ability to analyse creative performance and turn insights into better briefs and better work Strategic and commercially minded - able to balance creativity with ROI Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments Curious, adaptable and proactive. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
