Workplace Coordinator

Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday open to remote Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for international time zones Compensation: $33/hr Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Perm A growing organization is seeking a Workplace Specialist to support day-to-day facilities, office operations, and select HR operations across domestic and international offices. This is a hands-on role for a highly independent, resourceful professional who can take ownership, problem-solve, and confidently manage priorities without close oversight. Responsibilities Oversee workplace and facilities needs, including supplies, vendors, budgets, and office operations Support multiple U.S. and international locations and coordinate across time zones Assist with HR operations, onboarding, contractor processes, and internal projects Identify and resolve issues independently while knowing when to elevate Partner with HR and leadership on evolving operational needs Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in workplace, office, facilities, people operations, or HR operations Mature, polished, and highly organized with strong judgment Excellent problem solving and communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing up Flexible and open to taking on responsibilities beyond traditional facilities We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
