We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable finished product ready for broadcasting. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of storytelling through visual media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video footage and audio tracks to create cohesive and engaging content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the brands vision and standards.
- Utilize various editing software and tools to enhance video quality and effects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine final products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve skills and output.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
- Strong understanding of color correction sound design and motion graphics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
