Legal Intake Coordinator

Ancillary Legal is a leading legal support services firm dedicated to providing exceptional process-serving solutions to our clients. We specialize in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of legal documents. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Process Serving Closings Coordinator. Role Description: Ancillary Legal is a growing process service company, and we are looking to expand our team with focused team players. There is an opportunity for growth. We are a high-volume process service firm. We are constantly streamlining our processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role is in person at our Chamblee area office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. This position upholds a strict level of organization, communication, confidentiality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Input service requests into the software. Read client emails and extrapolate information needed and ensure information is concisely communicated to process servers. Schedule process servers by location and court appointment. Manage inbox and prioritize rushes. Print service packets for in-house servers. Communicate any rushes or special requests to process servers. Assist with phones as needed. Call process servers and confirm pricing and availability for special handling and out-of-area serves. Communicate changes expeditiously to process servers. Performing other administrative tasks when required. Ability to follow policies and standardization to minimize errors. Assist with creating special appointment documents and sheriff serves. Experience using any type of database management or CRM type of program. Extensive experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Typing and computer skills. Detail-oriented.
