Full-time

Description

At ACC Management Group, our people are what make our communities feel like home. We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting life cycle and help us bring in the talent that keeps our properties — and our teams — thriving.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, lead, and execute our recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers across property and corporate teams on sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Lead our onboarding experience, from orientation curriculum to hiring manager guidance.
  • Create and schedule recruitment social media content that highlights our open roles, our employees, and our communities.
  • Build lasting networking relationships with colleges, community organizations, and industry groups.

What we're looking for:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (highly preferred).
  • Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with applicant tracking tools like Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with hiring and recruitment laws and best practices.
  • Paylocity experience is a plus but not required.

If you love the hunt for great talent and want a role where you'll shape both who joins ACC and how they're welcomed, we'd like to hear from you!

Who We Are

At ACC, our mission is simple: provide exceptional housing by building partnerships for successful living. That partnership starts within our own walls — with a team grounded in Teamwork, Accountability, Empowerment, Open Communication, and Flexibility.

Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, ACC is a place where your energy, your voice, and your contributions matter

If you're looking for a team that shows up for each other, supports your growth, and recognizes that your energy is our strength — we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join ACC?

At ACC, we believe in rewarding our team with more than just a paycheck—we offer a well-rounded benefits package designed to support your health, financial future, and work-life balance:

  • Competitive pay with bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical HRA plans (company sponsored), and voluntary dental, & vision coverage for employees working 30+ hours per week.
  • Short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and life insurance options (available for employees working 30+ hours per week).
  • Company-paid $25,000 life insurance policy when enrolled in STD and LTD (available for employees working 30+hours per week)!
  • Full and part-time employees are eligible for the 401(k) after 6 months of employment with company match—ACC contributes 25% of the first 5% of eligible compensation, with full vesting after 3 years of employment.
  • Paid time off, provided up front, to recharge and reset.
  • 10 paid holidays, that include a floating holiday and a birthday holiday.
  • Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all employees—available to both full-time and part-time team members, no enrollment required!
