Receptionist and Data Support

:

Health Affiliates Maine has an opening for a Receptionist and Data Support role to join their team. This is a full-time, 40 hr/wk, role.

Roles and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following):

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner and direct the caller to the appropriate person.
• Greet clients and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner and notify appropriate person(s) of their arrival.
• Data Distribution - managing and distributing incoming faxes, document drop offs, mail and secure email as well as outgoing mail projects.
• Monitor and Manage ordering and stocking office supplies throughout the office.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized waiting area.
• Manage scheduling of conference rooms and clinical spaces for the agency.
• Monitor and Manage mailings that are sent by supervisors and send out in a timely manner (24 hours).
• Be available for more additional team projects as determined by your supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Knowledge of business English, grammatical construction, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary and the ability to type accurately.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous reception experience preferred
• Experience in the Mental Health field preferred
