Now Hiring: General Manager – Five Guys Burgers & Fries Flamingo Crossing (Winter Garden, FL)

What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-energy team
• Own restaurant performance (sales, labor, food cost, and profitability)
• Drive food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Ensure every guest leaves impressed
• Execute and maintain secret shopper + brand standards
• Build a culture of accountability, energy, and ownership

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant or fast-casual management experience
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong focus on food safety & customer experience
• Hands-on leader (not afraid to jump on the grill, fry, or register)
• Very little admin here. 90% of your time will be spent in the kitchen.
• High standards, high energy, and results-driven mindset
• ServSafe Certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Bonus potential is 1/2 of your salary broken out quarterly. If your salary is 60k/yr, your bonus potential is 30k/year, potential bonus a quarter would be 7.5k
• $60K – $65K+ annually (base + bonus potential)
