Experienced Scientist, In-vivo CAR-T

Support formulation development, optimization, and scale-up of lentiviral vector drug product formulations from early- through late-stage development Perform hands-on laboratory work including formulation design, optimization, and characterization Analyze and interpret data to support formulation development, optimization, and decision-making Support formulation robustness activities Contribute to scale-up and manufacturing readiness, including technology transfer to internal sites or CMOs Collaborate with Analytical Development, Statistical, API, MSAT, Quality, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams Document experimental work and results according to GxP and data integrity requirements Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvement initiatives Requirements B.S. or M.S. with 2-4 years of experience in an appropriate scientific discipline, such as Life Sciences or Chemical Engineering Relevant experience in formulation development of viral vectors and/or advanced therapies Strong hands-on laboratory experience in viral-vector drug-product development and statistics Understanding of process scale-up, technology transfer, and GxP principles Strong scientific problem-solving and data interpretation skills Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic development environment Preferred: experience with viral-vector platforms, particularly LVV, and/or advanced therapies Preferred: familiarity with formulation implementation for early- and late-stage development, process validation, and manufacturing support Preferred: exposure to early- and late-stage development requirements or commercial readiness activities Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in formulation development and optimization of viral vector drug products, with a strong focus on data analysis, technology transfer, and compliance with GxP principles.
