RN Supervisor Requirements: Provide shift leadership and oversight of nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs with daily assignments, guidance, and problem-solving. Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition, incidents, or emergencies. Ensure physician orders, care plans, and treatments are carried out appropriately. Monitor and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the medical record. Administer medications and treatments as needed in accordance with the scope of practice. Conduct rounds on residents and staff to monitor care delivery and address concerns. Serve as a clinical resource and point of contact for staff, residents, and families during the shift. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes. Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed. Address and help resolve resident, family, or staff concerns in a professional manner. Step in to provide direct patient care and support the floor as needed. RN Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State. At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
