Requirements
- Valid physical therapy license
- Certifications as required by state regulations
- Experience in administering physical therapy treatments

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administers various standard physical therapy treatments to alleviate pain, restore motor function, and enhance performance.
- Completes patient evaluations and discharge forms within specified timelines.
- Documents patient assessments and care in accordance with agency policy and state regulations.
- Coordinates with healthcare team members and prepares patients for discharge.
- Supervises treatment administration by Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.
- Participates in case conferences and staff meetings as required.

Compliance / Notes
- Maintains compliance with departmental policies including attendance, confidentiality, and continuing education.
- Participates in the Performance Improvement Plan activities as requested.
- Responsible for training and orienting new staff as necessary.
