Dental Hygienist

Location Streets of St Charles Dental 1520 South 5th Street, Suite 103, St. Charles, Missouri 63303 Work Schedule Monday 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Tuesday 7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Wednesday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Practice and Compensation Two‑doctor practice utilizing Dentrix. 60‑minute recare appointments and 90‑minute new patient appointments. Bi‑weekly, hourly pay with option for daily payouts. Daily and quarterly bonuses available. Equipment includes Arestin, iTero, Velscope with continuing education coverage. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Missouri. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care. Clinical support as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds on occasion. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically through the year. Must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test during pre‑employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
