Job Description

HTF Staffing is seeking qualified Educational Assistants to support K–8 students in a school setting in Youngstown, OH.

Position Details:
• Position: Educational Assistant
• Openings: 2–3
• Location: Youngstown, OH 44503
• Grade Levels: K–8
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Start Date: Immediately
• End Date: June 6, 2027

Required Qualifications:
• Valid Ohio Educational Aide/Assistant License
• Ohio ESEA endorsement required
• Experience working with K–8 students preferred
• Special education experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
• Provide academic, behavioral, and classroom support to students
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily student needs
• Support students with individualized learning and behavioral goals
• Work closely with teachers, Intervention Specialists, and school staff
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment
