Job Details

Join a reputable growing boutique law firm offering a flexible remote schedule, 80 billable hours per month, and a bonus structure starting at 100 hours monthly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle divorce, custody, support, and post-decree matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Manage client communication, discovery, and hearing preparation
• Maintain organized files and timely billing within firm standards

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school and active Colorado Bar license
• 3+ years of family law experience
• Strong written and courtroom advocacy skills
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
