Remote work policy: This is a remote-first role, with a strong preference for candidates in Nashville to build out our music entertainment practice. We are also open to candidates in other major entertainment hubs like New York and California. Rimon's distributed model allows partners to work from anywhere while being fully integrated into a national and international firm.

About this role

Position Summary

Rimon is seeking a Trusts & Estates Partner to join and further expand its private wealth and family office practice. This role is intended for an established trusts and estates lawyer with a sophisticated, high-net-worth client base who is interested in growing within a collaborative national platform.

The incoming partner will work alongside highly regarded private wealth practitioners across multiple offices and will have access to deep internal support in tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation. This position offers the opportunity to provide holistic legal counsel to clients whose wealth planning needs are complex, multi-jurisdictional, and multi-generational.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a partner-level trusts and estates practice

• Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning

• Structure and advise family offices and private investment entities

• Counsel clients on trust formation, administration, and fiduciary matters

• Develop succession plans for closely held businesses and investment structures

• Address cross-border and international estate planning issues

• Coordinate closely with tax, corporate, real estate, and litigation partners to deliver integrated client solutions

• Build and maintain long-term advisory relationships with clients and their professional advisors
