As a Bilingual Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in creating a positive service experience by communicating clearly with customers, coordinating repair needs, and ensuring every guest feels valued and informed throughout the service process. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Assist both English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the service process
• Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
• Clearly document vehicle concerns, symptoms, and repair requests
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer recommendations
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Communicate repair timelines and manage customer expectations
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and provide consistent updates to customers
• Review repair orders and final invoices for accuracy
• Explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges in a clear and professional manner
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred not required
• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the service department as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
