Senior Scheduler - Long-Term Contract Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join their team on a long-term contract assignment (12+ months) . This is a high-impact role that addresses an immediate operational need and supports active project execution. The successful candidate will bring strong scheduling expertise, the ability to quickly assess project health, and a proactive approach to driving schedule performance and project outcomes.

Pay Rate: Up to $70/hour

Key Responsibilities & Immediate Impact

Schedule Recovery & Acceleration

• Develop and implement schedule recovery plans for projects requiring corrective action.
• Analyze acceleration opportunities and recommend strategies to improve project timelines.
• Re-baseline and restructure schedules as project conditions evolve.

Critical Path & Risk Management

• Identify critical path activities, schedule constraints, and key project drivers.
• Monitor float consumption and develop recovery scenarios to mitigate delays.
• Provide clear visibility into schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Project Execution & Alignment

• Coordinate and align engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities.
• Facilitate sequencing and integration among contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure scheduled activities support overall project execution objectives.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable schedule updates.
• Provide actionable schedule analysis and insights to Project Managers and project leadership.
• Communicate schedule risks, impacts, and mitigation plans effectively to stakeholders.
