Case Manager: Mental Health & Substance Use Services
Odyssey House
Odyssey House is seeking a Case Manager in New York City who will be responsible for providing substance abuse counseling and intervention services. This role requires managing a caseload of 20 to 25 individuals while promoting self-sufficiency and optimum health for people living with HIV/AIDS and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service, along with relevant experience.
