Residential Outside Sales Representative

Looking for a residential outside salesman in the exterior building trades industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* 3-5 years' experience for shingle roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors.
* Experience with Xactimate software, working with HOA, management companies and insurance companies is a plus.
* Building codes, estimating and field experience is a plus.
* Quantity take offs, pricing, purchase orders and submittal experience.
* Able to Build and maintain relationships with customers.
* Comfortable climbing ladders and roofs.
* Must be able to work with other trades to coordinate installations.
* Must have good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to use a CPU.
* Valid driver's license for local travel.
* Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and back ground check.
