About the Role

\n

As an Outside Sales Representative at Vanterra, you will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners. You’ll meet with pre-scheduled leads at customers’ homes to diagnose issues, educate on solutions, and close the sale. You’ll play a critical role in delivering our Five-Star Service promise and helping customers feel safe and confident in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled appointments at customers’ homes
\n
• Build rapport and assess the customer’s needs and concerns
\n
• Evaluate the property and provide clear, honest recommendations
\n
• Present solutions and close the sale
\n
• Follow up to ensure an excellent customer experience
\n
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
\n
• Represent the company’s brand, culture, and purpose
\n
• Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or construction is a plus
\n
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
\n
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
\n
• Strong problem-solving and consultative skills
\n
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM and mobile tools
\n
• Must be competitive, persuasive, and goal-oriented
\n
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
\n

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
\n
• Comfortable working in tight spaces including crawlspaces and basements
\n
• Capable of standing, stooping, crawling, or kneeling for extended periods
\n
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
