The VP of Information Technology will be responsible for aligning technology investments with business objectives, creating scalable systems that support growth, and driving enterprise‑wide adoption of automation, artificial intelligence, and data‑informed decision making. This role will provide strategic leadership while ensuring operational excellence across all technology functions. The ideal candidate combines executive leadership capability with strong business acumen and a demonstrated track record of leveraging technology to create competitive advantages, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience. 5+ years leading managers and technical teams. Executive‑level experience developing and executing technology strategy including policies, controls, incident response, and vendor risk management. Deep expertise with ERP platforms, systems integration and business process automation. Deep understanding of AI concepts, large language models, and generative AI applications in enterprise contexts. Strong working knowledge of IT security frameworks (NIST) and enterprise risk management practices. Strong financial management and budgeting experience. Experience leading large‑scale digital transformation initiatives. Proven success implementing AI and emerging technologies in business environments. Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Bonus Points For Experience within a high‑growth eCommerce organization. Expertise with NetSuite, HubSpot, BigCommerce, and integrated technology ecosystems. Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing operations. Knowledge of business intelligence, analytics, and data governance frameworks. Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+. Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, cloud security posture management, and endpoint protection strategies. What You’ll Do Define and execute the company's long‑term technology strategy. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team. Lead enterprise‑wide AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Establish technology priorities that align with organizational goals and growth plans. Oversee all IT operations, systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business applications. Drive enterprise data strategy and reporting capabilities. Build scalable technology platforms that support operational growth. Develop and mentor future technology leaders. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships. Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
