About the Role As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be the primary clinical therapy provider for in‑house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility, building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and facility staff while integrating behavioral and physical healthcare. What We Offer Work‑Life Balance: Flexible full‑time hours (Monday–Friday) No Nights, weekends, or call Flexible Scheduling: Start your day between 7:00 AM–10:00 AM. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid is beneficial but not required Skills: Excellent communication, multi‑tasking ability, and strong patient care skills Additional Requirements: NPI number (we can assist with this process) About You You are passionate about psychotherapy and committed to serving the elderly population.
