We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established restaurant in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food quality.
• Develop and maintain seasonal menus.
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and labor.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ensure consistent execution and a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader.
• Strong background in upscale dining and scratch cooking.
• Experience managing kitchen teams, food costs, and inventory.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant.
Compensation: $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
